Indian Spices

I love Indian food and Indian spices. Here is my favorite “curry” spice mixture. This is my go to spice mix
1 part Coriander
¾  part Turmeric
2 parts Chillies
½ Cardamom
1 part Ginger (fresh)
1 part Cumin Seeds
½ part Fenugreek (ground leaves)
